Accept when there have been mistakes and strive to correct those mistakes.

Set the example by being the role model, set attainable goals, standards that you yourself are willing and able to do as well. Keep everyone well informed of all decisions and progress along the way. Make sure to continuously improve teamwork, enhance the morale every chance you get, and encourage them to be proactive and take initiative Being a good motivator or leader means you will give everyone the skills to one day be as motivational and a good leader as well.
